Skull walls and above, worth the time investment or not?

I maxed mine to skulls since I had nothing else to spend gold on while be patient for my TH8 lab to catch up with my farming. I've definitely noticed I don't get raided nearly as hard as when they were purple (maybe 1 in 8 attacks with be a non-TH snipe). I think the intimidation factor is a real thing.

Same. I finished mine in 3 weeks and some days, and now I'm sitting with full storages; waiting for my upgrades to finish.
Skull walls are worth it, especially if you're wanting to upgrade them to legos at TH9.

I get walls to make my base look beautiful :3

Depends on your base. If you have more than 2 3 compartment layers then hell yeah! Once your opponent runs out of WBs and/or Jump Spells they are stuck especially if you have a well compartmentalised base.

As a TH 8 with level 8 walls, level 4 wall breakers will struggle against you. Most people would just instant snipe/skip.
My advice is don't be the same guy we see too much with level 7 walls. While it takes the same amount of level 6 wall breakers it gives you the intimidating factor.

I am doing walls, half lego and half lavas..i think more about the intimidation factor involved as well as the fact that wallbreakers 3 hit lego walls, max ones 3 hit lava walls

i finish lvl 8 walls in a week they are not as hard as you think, lvl 9 and 10 walls are a different story i'm currently doing about 5 a day but I'm going to start doing 10 a day in the next week to finish them, walls are not as hard as people put them you just have to find the trophy range you find best for farming a stick at it, if you have 5 builders keep 1 open to dump walls and the other 4 working non stop to max defenses good luck on farming

lvl8 walls are worth it. I only have 127 of them out of 225 for TH8 and my last defense tower (teslas) are about to hit lvl6, think I'll stay on TH8 for awhile.

I think with the buff to big bombs to hogs, people will hog less. Which makes walls more important than ever.

Huge waste, They look damn cool though
