Private Messages Or A Separate Clan Chat For Co-Leader+

I believe this would be very helpful,

Private Messages: To be able to send a message to somebody who is in your clan and only them can see it. Maybe a cool down for the amount of messages you can send or a button to block receiving messages from a certain person to avoid harassment

Co leader+ Chat : This would be a great idea i believe, maybe put a slider on the right hand side of the screen, this would be helpful for lots of situations as in my clan us co leaders vote on whether somebody should be kicked before we actually kick them, it is really awkward saying you want to kick somebody if they can see your messages!

(I have heard rumours about this being ruled out, if this is true just tell me or explain why thanks! :))
