New Hero for Goblin

new hero shud be introduced for the goblin because it is one of the first three tropps. it shud be called the goblin bandit and the barb king and archer queen shud get it as their favorite target because they will hate it for steeling their kingdoms loot. it shud also hav favorite target as loot building. low health and high attack (for hero) design shud be like a giant goblin with stuff like gold jewellry
