I know it's super busy and all, but 7 weeks ago I submitted Ticket #3558597 to try and get my village back after I wiped my phone w/o linking my account (my fault, I know). After a few weeks I re-checked the guidelines for recovering a lost village since it was taking so long, and the guide in the game said I just needed the old town info, and the website said I needed both the new and old town's info. I made a new ticket just in case.
Q1: Did I actually need to send both village's info and I need to wait an extra month, or is it linked/accessible via the e-mail I sent?
Q2: Since I spent a few bucks on the game is it not, in some way, linked to my Google account?
Q3: I never got a confirmation from the last ticket I sent out, and this don't have a ticket number for it. Is this bad?
