Town Hall 8 War Base

I just got to Town Hall 8 last night, and I was able to get myself all the building within 16 hours or so, and so I built myself this base because my clan is constantly in a war.

It's my first base built as TH8, and I am hoping for some feedback from more experienced players. Keep in mind it is a WAR BASE, hence all the collectors/mines/storages sitting out in the open.

"The BeetleBug" Features...

• Triangulated Air Defense and Mortars
• 6 En-Closed Compartments
• 8 Funnels
• Defense against hogs with Wizard Towers hitting 80% of the walled areas, and giant bombs placed beside commonly gone after first targets.

Put the Giant Bombs together, I thought they did double, but it's only x1.5, and would only kill up to Lv2 Hogs. (and I know it's not pictured, but I moved the bombs next to the giant bomb on the top left)

I normally wouldn't bump, but I would like some feedback. I put this up late last night and it was a terrible time to put it up.

So...BUMP!

At th 8 higher unlureable means giant/hog/balloon can't lure your cc, with this base one giant will troll your base and your units will run to there death...but I think t was a good base for your first try, better than what I was using when I fist got th lvl 8 :(

I think this base is better than it fist looks :) I like it lol

You need to double up your big bombs somewhere, and make your CC less lurable.

Ahh, I did not know that. Let me change that in the 1st post.

And Thank you! We are starting war in a few hours, gonna upgrade a few more walls before it starts.

I really like this base. Would be pretty hard to two star it. But i always bring 1 wall breaker to lure CC so it isn't completely unlureable

Reiterating a comment from above, gotta double up your giant bombs. One won't have any real impact when facing hogs.

Nevermind, I feel like an idiot. It would only work on Lv2 Hogs like that.

Well, after being attacked in war. They were only able to get a 69% 1 Star on me. Later tonight I will be fixing the faults I see in my base from these attacks and updating this thread. I might even include a video of the defenses.
