Xbow clan war glitch

Hey fellow clashers! I discovered a glitch that I am not sure if other people are experiencing, but it poses an unfair advantage in clan wars to people like me who are building a second Xbow. As you can see in the two pictures, the Xbow is under construction, and still has a long time left, but on the clan war page, it is finished and functions as a completed Xbow. I am fine with this xD, but I just wanted to make this bug known to supercell, so it can be fixed in the next update. Thanks for being awesome Supercell, keep up the good work!

This is not a glitch or bug. Any new defenses that is still under construction will function at level 1. However, you will not be able to change the target mode for X-Bow and Inferno Tower.

Oh, thank you for clearing that up. So if I upgrade it to level 2, it will be under construction on the war map?

no while its upgrading it will stay at lvl 1 until the upgrade is finished

It's not a bug. While building is under construction they can't put it so on the map and can't remove it as you already bought it, so you have it fully constructed on the map.
But when upgrading it's not the same. The building functions in war as the level it is, not the level upgrading to, until it is finished. Then it's work according to the new level.

That is for every building, i noticed this when i was building my 1st inferno tower.
