Should I get Barbarian King with gems?

I have 484 gems and I need to use 274 to get Barbarian King, should I get it? Also I have 3 builder huts.

I would save the gems for 4th and 5th builder.

collect DE the conventional way by raising trophies and going after easy DE storages or full DE drills.

Or you can spam lightning if you like.

Don't, save up for 4th builder, trust me, it doesn't sound like much of a difference but it is. I farmed the 10K DE to get him and the 12.5K for level 2, I would find inactive bases with full dark elixir drills that are easy to access and use BARCH (Barbarians and Archers) to get it. Use the barbs as a meat shield for the archers and drop the archers behind the barbs and let them snipe the loot, get the gold and elixir while you're at it too.

Dont dark elixir can be gotten pretty easily if u know what to do. Gems on the other hand cannot be gotten in loads unless u want to spend money
