The junctions aren't staggered.

It looks solid! For an interchangeable base check out STLCardinalFan2 in the clan 2013 WS RIGGED!
It looks like a great base. One sugestion that I would make would to put your collectors in side of the walls instead of the barracks

If this is meant to be a farming base, why not just stick your TH clearly at the corner out of range from the Archer Tower? I'm sure you would get free shields much quicker than teasing an attacker with a semi open TH.
