Which base is better? (TH9)

Just wondering, which base is better:
Ringus:

or Cloud Whisky base (which im using now):

depends what you're looking for... one is an anti-hog base, and the other is not. so if you're in Crystal or higher, and you get attacked by hogs often, use that.

Well im looking for a base that has the best safety for all attacks. Im losing easily with Cloud Whisky base when get attacked by hogs.

so then switch to the Ringus (the top one), it's a very solid base as long as your defenses are max or near-max. there's also a version of it that prioritizes Dark Elixir... i'll go look for the link

This is a simple decision. If you are in higher leagues and getting crushed by hogs, then change to ringus or some other anti-hog base. It takes 5min to change base designs. Test the base for a few days and see how it works. If you don't like it, switch to another. Rinse and repeat until you're happy.

The Anti-Hog one is definitely better. It has a centralized clan cattle and I think will perform much better
