TH8 Black Hole Base Farming

Hi guys,
I have just made a new TH8 Black Hole Base.
I know these kind of bases are very common and not many people get caught into it, but i have tried to make it in this way that attacker gets lured to attack from inside as the Storages are just near to the core.



* All splash Defense and few Single Damage Defenses Covering the Core very tightly, also the other parts of bases.
*Traps just outside the Core is placed in case of emergency.
*99% of the base is covered by some or the other defense building

Suggestions Please !!

I personly have no experience with this kind of base but in any base i think it is important to centralize the cc and heros! I might try this base later...

I dont think many people would attack from the hole. The storages are quite easy to steal from the outside..although it would make entertaining replays.

Thanks for the replies, CC Can't be centralized as the purpose of the base is to use the Core itself to destroy the attacker.

However, i will try and see if i can move the Barbarian king and CC little bit inside the walls.

thanks for the reply, i tried my best to divert the attention from the outside to inside of the base as the main parts of the base is quite away from the outer wall. However i'll see if i can make it more compelling than this one by making it more difficult to attack from outside .

imo you should have some storages in the black hole otherwise its really obvious...

As he said its really obvious if there is nothing in the hole, and BTW if the attacker try to pass from the side it's gonna be easy.

The truth is that this base is horrible and little thought is put to it. Poorly planned and easily reachable even with low level troops. Just looking at it is irritating.

Thanks guys for the comments, i really appreciate you told the truth.
This is the basic layout and in the starting phase, i will be making more changes and upgrade this base with some strong defense in near future depending upon the attacks and all you guys's comments.

Using this base i have been attacked 2 times,

1. TH8 player attacked with , 30 lvl 5 Wiz, 25 lvl 1 Archers, with CC Troops and 3 lvl 5 lightning spell - > he destroyed my TH and got trophies, he tried to attack from the middle core, but failed, using 3 light spell he managed to got 1252 DE

2. TH8 player attacked with 91 lvl 5 archers, got no loot, but destroyed my TH and destroyed 50 % of base (outer) to get the trophies.


I will for sure redesign for better results.

This is definitely a farming layout. Mortars are easily accessible as well as wizard towers. Teslas are in nowhere near the frontlines of defense. They aren't utilized properly. Bombs are easily discovered if against a well trained hog rider attack.

Im a bored maxed out th8 except waiting for lab work. I made a black hole base for a laugh, and trust me it works. I keep having to drop trophies. The black hole is right beside my de storage so that attracts attention. The hole is immediately surrounded by de storage, 2 gold storage, an airdef and the cc. The hole itself contains two teslas. The hole is in range of 2 airdefs, 3 mortars, 3 teslas, 3 wiz towers, 2 cannon and 3 archer towers. There's a slight space for some spring traps.

I have about 1200-1500 dark loot on offer. The worst ive lost from attacks using the black hole is 300 from some gobs, and all of it from a max balloon attack. But 90% of the time it smashes attackers.

it has taken on 22 L6 giants and 90L6 archers and won.

4 out of 5 attackers will use the spawn hole. Those that don't do better, but not as well as I expected. I guess they are still after the dark and it is heavily protected.

been in the gold2 to crystal3 range.
