What do you think?

Hey guys I am currently a th8 with nearly maxed defences. I have lvl 6 king and nearly maxed out troops except valks, golem, minion and gobs oh and pekkas are going to lvl 2 right now. I also have got maxed spells.
I am currently working on finishing my lvl 7 walls (yes I know it's bad but I always held off upgrading them!) and was wondering if once I max my last few defences and get my walls to lvl 8 I should go to th9? What do you think is best for me to do?

Forgot to say I was thinking of going to th9 because of maxing loons and other troops, I have talked to people and they say the loot at th9 is still very good and they recommend me going up soon.

You don't have to max out DE troops, but everything else.

Your defense should not be mostly max. It should be totally maxed.

Spotted a mistake, I meant to say once I get all my defences maxed and walls to lvl 7 should I go up

Once you max those out then you should upgrade your th. You do not have to max dark troops.

Do you mean walls too? Or just defence?

Walls also

When you max all def buildings and troops on your th level, you should up your th right away.

I recommend to upgrade your walls. :) since walls intimidate your raiders greatly.
