Well.... Loyalty cannot be "found". It has to be developed, cultivated, and grown over time.
People who stick together tend to help each other (in terms of donations, and discussing strategies). They also tend to share similar culture, language, level of participation (so that they are comfortable with the war frequency), and style of playing (e.g. farmers v.s. trophy pushers). Closer team members talk about topics other than the game. They also have wechat/ whatsapp groups.
Last but of course not the least, a winning clan tend to gain loyalty easier. People feel good to win.

K, I hope I can win clan wars. As a high player, what convinces u to stay in a clan?
Am I the only one that's worried that he wants to find "fine children" on Clash?
Set an age limit, Set a good TH limit, Set a level limit, Don't invite people who have rushed their base, don't invite gemmers (they tend to be flakes because they get bored quickly).
Oh and be good at wars.
