Instead of the idea of placing multiple builders from multiple builder's huts, why not be able to upgrade the actual builder's huts themselves so that its not as easy to build items faster. As it is already known that it costs gems to "add" a builder hut, but gems are difficult to come by if you do not want to or have the funds to buy them. So i propose the following....
LEVEL 2 builder hut.. COST.. 2 million GOLD. BUILD TIME 5 days- XP gained 400
LEVEL 3 builder hut.. COST.. 4million GOLD. BUILD TIME 10 days- XP gained 800
LEVEL 4 builder hut.. COST..6 million GOLD. BUILD TIME 12 days- XP gained 1,200
LEVEL 5 builder hut.. COST..8 million GOLD. BUILD TIME 14 days- XP gained 1,600
Each level ADDS ONE BUILDER, i.e. Level 1 = 1 builder, Level 2 = 2 builders, Level 3= 3 builders, Level 4= 4 builders.
The amount of time each level would reduce a project is proposed as follows... (Percentage of time it takes off of original scope)
Level 1= 100% ( Full length)
Level 2= 80% (20% reduced)
Level 3= 60% (40% reduced)
Level 4= 40% (60% reduced)
Level 5= 20% (80% reduced)
