[Please Read] Looting For DE

I don't know which of my statistics you need to be able to answer my queries. I want to start looting for DE like finding the right leagues, which strategies to use in these leagues etc.

Here goes nothing;

-Maxed troops. (Only one that isn't is balloons at Lvl 3)
-Level 3 Spells (Rage and Lightning, Heal is Lvl 4)
-TH7
-Lvl 57

I tried to find a thread I seen which was "How to search the forums" but I couldn't find it, if there is already this exact post please direct me, if not responses would be nice.

1. Go to crystal
2. Use dragons to raid DE storage
3. OR use BArchers to take out full DE drills
4. Don't zap storages cause that's cheap.
5. Don't be stupid

EDIT: How ever you do have permission to zap (3 lightnings) DE drills cause that's their own fault if they're full ;)

Honestly, just do barch and look for drills full of elixir. Be sure to bring 3 lightnings a long. You always want to lightning a nice juicy dark elixir storage if you see it, ok? That's the best way to get de imo.:cool:

I barch at the moment for gold and elixir I didn't know it would be effective for DE raids.

So Crystals the place to be? Thanks for the info

2. Disagree. Farming DE storages with drags is very inefficient. Sure for revenges, but that's it.
3. Barch is fine for general farming but finding full drills is not a reliable way to farm DE. You are better off using giants+wbs+barch. There are guides on the forums for using this method.
4. Zapping is no different from any other method of acquiring loot. Dropping a bunch of goblins on an inactive collector base is no more difficult than dropping spells on a structure. Though, zapping is not efficient. That is the main reason not to use this method.

Don't De zap, thts for noobs

Make a visit to crystal and BARCH open drills and collectors/zap full DE storages (guys we're th7 there's no way we can make it to the center of a maxed th8+ with BARCHing)
