Champion Advantages?

A few days ago I have been attacked by several low Champions, around 3200-3300. I am in Master 2 at 2900. I'm not complaining that champs can see down that far. But when I try to revenge them, it seems I am UNABLE to revenge them. This person has 3275 trophies, when I tried revenging I was around 2870. When he was 3 starred, I calculated the time his shield would wear off, he has not attacked yet,nor has he been online. So I did the math and his shield wears off at 4 a.m. In my time zone. I woke up early just to revenge him. I did not know exactly what time at 4 am. But I did know it was around 12pm he was 3 starred for 16 hour shield the previous day. So.. I kept hitting the revenge button every 20 seconds starting at 4 am. Opponent has active shield..opponent has active shield....opponent has active shield. Then 30 seconds later, Opponent already under attack. 20 seconds later, opponent has active shield. Exactly when was this window to attack him present???? Was there someone else also hitting the revenge button? And if so THEN WHY DID HE ONLY LOSE 1 TROPHY? Was there someone really high in champs spamming revenge on him? If it wasn't a revenge attack then his shield must have been down long enough for someone searching for his base to find him. I know at higher Champions they are unable to be revenged at 240+ trophy difference. But he is barely in Champs. And I have been revenged by someone in Gold and I am in Master 2. There has been speculation that thier clan uses che @ts or it could be in the game that these low Champs get a force field from anyone lower, which is really messed up..

Fact: To avoid 'cheap shielding,' you can't be revenged until you've been in standard matchmaking for thirty seconds. That's why you had no chance to revenge him.
