Theresa and Amy are far too elite to share their strategies with the forum...
love the voice un-recognition there! lol
There are people that have pushed into Champ being TH9, I know JC did, not sure it was recently, but my suggestion would to PM them, because I am not sure they want their strategy public.
At least that is my .02
There are a number of guides here, but don't have the links. Basically, max balloonian army and start the grind. It will be easy getting to 2800 cups but the real grind hits past that point, and especially after 3100.
You will need to boost/gem and will also need decent lvl hero's. Not sure with the update, but before the update lvl 10+ for each was recommended.
One of our clan members got there as early th9 so I no the battle he faced. He was successful, but it took a lot of patience.
