You don't need much of an imagination, you just need to listen. It's one thing to have a few sensible rules. It's a totally different thing to threaten (implicitly or explicitly) to bounce people for expressing an opinion in chat. Asking people to be polite is one thing, demanding submissive obedience is wholly different.

Of the, what, 10 people in the clan who came to this forum discussion, 3 of them can readily imagine what you apparently cannot.

Update on the War.

Riverbears and Skybears continue their assaults on the Icebear rebels. The cost in gold to locate their bases has been nothing short of horrendous. Nevertheless the offensive continues. Already we note that several members have left Icebears. They are cracking under our pressure.

You will not get away with this, Corugi. We will crush you and your mutinous Icebear minions. We are closing in. You are surrounded. There is no escape.

Its ironic that the propaganda spewed by a few rebels is taken as fact by some ignorant people who can not even be bothered looking at the Riverbears thread. If they took the time to read through just the first three posts they would see we are a democracy with a system of governance that permits all members to partake in decisions. In addition we are in fact the ONLY CLAN THAT DEFINES THE RIGHTS OF MEMBERS. Right on the first page. Right next to the rules.

But what is the point in trying to argue with the ignorant and the lazy? They would rather believe in some anarchists fantasy of a fools paradise.

This is getting a bit childish... If the bear empire is supposed to be about adult members, why are you behaving like children? Corugi is clearly an attention seeking brat, and you're giving him all the attention he wants.

Instead, treat him like the brat he is and ignore him - and be more careful about who you put in charge of one of your clans I'm the future.

Yes, May the fun is still there (of course it is), I adore our cave. Long may it prosper.

I might try, once more, to give my opinion on Chat, when I feel someone is being treated a little harshly, or getting kicked unfairly - I almost got kicked myself when I came to the defense of Yeohan, a gentle, shy soul from Singapore who was a little light on chat and donations one week. (I still miss his quiet presence). We will see how it goes.
