Reinventing the Revenge Button/System?

I, being a TH 8 farmer in the Gold league, often Revenge people if their loot is plentiful. Most of the time these players that have attacked me for my TH, usually have a shield or are online, which can be a hassle. It popped in my head that what if you could get a notification right after their shield runs out or something of that manner? And if you are online when this happens the dedicated Revenge button would have a check box to notify you. I thought this might be a good idea, so you don't have to constantly see the annoying "Can't attack! Village owner is online" message.
