Will this work???

I have 2 apple ids my clash of clans is connected to gamecenter. I bought clash of clans with my old apple ID but I have money on my new apple ID. it says I can't buy gems because I bought clash of clans with another apple ID (my first one) If I delete clash of clans and redownload it on my new apple I'd will I get my progress back.
