Clan War searching

My friend and I were talking about clan wars and thought it would be really awesome if when starting a clan war, we could search for a certain clan to attack. Like say we want to attack a certain clan, we could search that clan and if they are not in a clan war already, as a leader I could request to have a clan war against them. This would be a cool idea but I know there are definitely things to work out. So here are some things I thought of. For the clan war size, it would be in multiples of 5 with the smaller clan. For example, if my clan has 37 members and I request a clan war against a clan with 26 members, it would be a 25 vs 25 clan war. Along with that, the leader or co-leader may request a clan war but the leader of the opposite clan must accept this request for a clan war. A clan is still allowed to just do the random search as well. :D

I know this is just a start but I would like to get others opinions.

Can be abused to farm loot.

I think this would be a great idea for a little friendly competition between say feeders and main clans! The option for the other clan to decline is a definite must.

Good idea but u could have a bunch of clans just requesting and requesting a war on top clans or youtuber clans
