I recently got a Windows phone and I want to play clash of clans on my phone but it is not avaible on the window phone I would really like it to be on the window's phone and it would improve my time.

I'm sure Supercell has considered making Clash on other platforms, but Windows phone popularity is lacking. Not many people own a Windows phone, as I'm sure you know. iOS and Android are dominating all the smart phone operating systems. With this said, Supercell would hardly make any money from gems and would be pointless and a waste to write the code for Window's OS.
