What should I build/upgrade once I hit th10? I'm currently th9 with 200 level 9 walls and 50 level 10 walls. All defences maxed and lab maxed for th9. Heroes both level 25. 5 days until upgrade finishes.

All your new buildings and upgrade lab. Kind of a no brainer. I assume you will want to use 2x infernos and a third x-bow as soon as possible.

after that is doesn't matter really. It does make it easier to keep your builders busy when you put 1 builder on hero duty and when you don't do your elixir upgrades all at once.
I had almost 10 mil in gold and Elixir when my TH10 upgrade finished. My CC had a lot of gold, elixir and DE and I let the mines and collectors fill up.
I started the two Inferno Towers first (and never stopped upgrading them until they lvl 3). Then I built the third X-Bow and other defensive buildings.
With the elixir I upgraded the Lab and Spell Factory. I also built the third Dark Elixir Drill.
Somewhere along the line you will want to build the new mine and collector.
Oh, the Army Camps are the next important Elixir upgrades after the Lab and Spell Factory. Get on those fast.
I'm hitting th10 tomorrow and i will do spell factory/lab (didnt decide yet), 1 inferno, and the remaining two builders will be working on new buildings till i get 1 mil gold and start my second inferno (i will be having 9 mil gold when my th finishes) then the third x-bow
