I don't know if anyone post this ideas before but since clan mates can donate troops, why not like gold coins and elixirs? And charge for that donations with gems?

No. Lets say a level 100 and a level 7 would be in the same clan, to the level 100, 10k gold is like nothing. To the level 7, it's a lot. The level 7 could speed up how long it would take him to max out his th2/3/4 10x as fast.
