Wizard tower to level 4 or mortar to level 5?
Both but Mortar 5 first so you can 1 shot level 5 archers.
Obviously both, but thank you.
Mortars first because you can 1 hit lvl 5 Archers. Second because the AOE of mortar is bigger than Wiz tower.
