Can we possibly see a way to choose to attack someone that is in the same league as you. For example if I am number 10 in my league I can attack the number 2. This would allow the person to control who they attack instead of spending tons of money trying to find the right person to attack.
This would be a horrible idea. This will let you to customize an army to beat someone as you can see the base before hand. Planing for an attack should only be aloud in Clan Wars as it is a group effort.
By letting people attack in the same league it can be used to pin people down and not let people advance in the league.
I am currently in the Silver 1 league. When I random attack it takes me upwards of ten tries to find someone who isnt crystal or gold 1. But it also seems that when i am attacked it is often from someone that has 2 to 3 hundred more trophies than me and they just steam-role right threw my base. How would you go about fixing that?

This would be a farmers dream! So I would say, No! However if you could see a list of players the same exact lvl as you, then that I would agree to! That would help each level get better and learn Their weak spots! By fighting each other and learning new strategies!
