Allowing more than 1 mail/day or /12 hours at least for the clan leader in case he needs to point at multiple thoughts as most of the times 1 mail isn't big enough to include everything.

You can send two mails a day...Not 1. After you send a clan mail it gives you like a 12hour cool down before sending another one
2 mails a day is enough in my opinion, if you need more, ask a co-leader to send it for you.
There should be more clan mail than 2 per day. But you should spend gems to end the cooldown faster
