Show a player's lvl as well as their trophy rank in global and clan chat

Being that this game is now about 3 years old there are many new and seasoned players and their are many ways to play this game a simple feature that would help is to show the lvl of the player next to his or her rank

It used to be like this a long time ago.

However, SC decided that only the league should show.

The final decisions was made.
