Its getting old when your raided 3 times a night and they all take coins and elixer. They set off all bombs and destroy clan backup leaving it wide open for next guy. I think if they get your coins and elixer it should activate a shield instead of 50 percent damage on village
I am not sure I agree with you on your solution, but I agree with you that its annoying that you can lose like 400k resources a night..
i do not think this is a good idea, 50% is fine.
If you don't want to lose 400k a night just don't let your storages full at night derrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
it's part of the game, if supercell made it like this, players would be less inclined to go collect their resources.
If you care about reasourses keep your town hall on the outside.
It won't happen as it would make the 'cloud' problem in champions leagues even worse.
Throw out your storages, lose 400k, win and get a shield? Can you imagine all the ally clans exploiting the heck out of it?
My personal solution to this is simple. You get a free 12 hours shield when your town hall is destroyed.Quote:

2) If you know your going to bed at a certain time, a hour or so before then collect from all resources and drop your shield by just attacking someone for a simple 50% win, or even just hit the attack button to drop your shield. Then most of the time you get attacked by said snipers and then you dont have to worry about losing resources overnight
I usually drop any remaining shield i have before bed then when i wake up collect everything. I've saved sooo many resources this way
