recent update and crashes

Since the update a few days ago, there were no issues when I played the game. But within the last 24 hrs the game has been having issues. When I was going in match making to gain trophies and resources, I attack a base and got 1 star on it and press return home. The game crashed and showed up as a lose Inate ad of a win. Then after that, I got raided and broke the shield to attack further and the game stated lost server and sync connection and reboot the game. The shield came back on even though I took it off earlier. This was experience on samsung galaxy note 2 device. If anyone else has been having this issue on the device or in general, please help.
