-clan war- enemy screening page

When planning on who you are going to be attacking in a war, I thought of a sort of Screening against your opponents page. That is inside of the scout button

When looking at the base you can give advice ie. where you should attack, what to attack first for you & your clan. mates.

Then your fellow clan mates can view your view of the screening and edit it (there should be a watermark of who edited it). To point out what do do there should be arrows that you tap on your screen. For this case I was thinking a level 5 hog rider attack with 2 dragons so I targeted these towers.
