I'm constantly changing my village, looking for that perfect layout. I watch all my defense replays and I move buildings around to cover my weak spots. Then after a few days I change the entire base layout thinking I have come up with a new and better design. By the time I have changed it 3 times I regret it and want my old village back, but I have forgot where all my perfectly placed buildings were. Supercell should let us save 5 village layouts in the "Village layout mode."
I have long thought this a good idea as well. I have a farming base, a hybrid base, two trophy bases, and a clan war base that never actually saves in clan war village edit.
Lol i was going to write this threat right now.....i totally agree with you i have to screenshot my every layout and re-make if i dont like my new one. Loved to hear from supercell team. Really appreciate if done. And its not a bad idea, its pretty usable and handy. Most of all everyone would love this update.

Gotta keep the idea at the top of the forum so supercell takes it seriously. The more support we can get the better.

But I do understand what you are saying n I'll admit it would get annoying to see 100 different threads open on the same subject.
