mock attacks

I thinks it would be a great idea to be able to run mock attacks on our clan members base's, expending our own elixir if you wanted to run mock attacks. And would still only be able to bring what ever army size camp you have available for your base and an army composition that's you can create from your barracks.

this would be abused easily (to 3 star players on your revenge list).
