Looking for input on if my base is ready for th10.. I am very active so i dont get attacked much, looking for maxed troops and the extra defense. I'm out of troop upgrades after golems lvl 4.. Attachment 50896 If i do go th10 i am going to finish off the bows to lvl 3 and finish the wizz towers first. Just sick of sitting on maxed elix storages all the time..

Your defense is of a th8 level. I would up some more, maybe walls and heroes, then move on up.
Safe to say you have plenty to upgrade
So how manny Legos do I need? Half ? 100, 110? Can you give me a number, or better yet a good Town Hall 10 base for a new Town Hall 10 so I can count how manny walls are in the core..
Its all your choice, and you have to live with it. You know the pros and contras of a townhall10.

No, you're not. I know it is tempting because you get infernos, but it's not worth the loot penalty and you don't get to enjoy maxed th9 defense with all buildings active, you see the full power of your maxed th9 base. Max everything and at least lvl 15 heroes and 50% lvl9 walls. You will get destroyed as a th10 and you can only attack th9s. I'm maxed th9 right now except walls and heroes and I personally am getting 100% lvl 9 and lvl 20 heroes before going on, I need to cut back on coc and just chill while farming walls and heroes.
Yeah i guess i see you guys point about walls. Sucks to think i gotta waste all the elixer I'm raiding and it's going to waste. Hey atleast my th9 troops will all be maxed pretty soon! Any good army comps for a decent Gowiwi at th9? I've been trying all sorts of comps wondering what you guys are using.
You aren't ready for TH9.
I think your defenses are MORE THAN READY for th10.
However, I highly recommend completing ALL elixir based upgrades before going to th10. The biggest shortage facing early th10s is not gold or de, but elixir.
Also, if your farming still depends on attacking th8s, you will not be ready for th10.
Your far from ready. Your base is very under leveled.
Maybe next year you can go to townhall 10
Still have a long way to go. Upgrading splash defenses, walls, and heroes should be priority. Farming will only get tougher at TH10.
not even close my friend.. I am miles ahead of you and I won't be going up till at least christmas.
you are not even close. you have th8 deffenses, th7 walls and have hardly even scratched the hero lvling.
you got a few months for sure. if you farm alot.

the disadvantages is just you won't get easy loot from a TH8 anymore... they will offer less loot if you're a TH10.
If you can live with it, then you can upgrade... otherwise, just get as many loot as you can from them until you're bored and you can move on.
I would say you will be ready in about a year and a half if you dont gem walls
Max all of your Teslas too, they're very powerful.
I'd say you're about a month off depending on how much you play.
Do as many walls as possible so that when you reach town hall 10 you are ready for the big step in a higher league too.
If your troops are maxed then your ready. Defensive is not going to fill your storage tanks with loot. There extra troops will help you. Stick your th outside and the snipers will help prevent large losses. Just know that elixer is harder at th 10 but not impossible. The extra troops will be much appreciated. P.S. You will love the infernos too.
th10 is the steepest drop in loot that you get. you really should max th9 because otherwise it will take you even longer to max th10.
