Ive bought gems probably over 30 times now, and ive always gotten them the second i pressed the confirm button, sucks some other people have trouble, i would be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ if this ever happens to me because i know theyd do something like what anyoo was talking about, makes me really not want to buy gems anymore even though it hasnt happened to me.
It's funny how they keep saying that they experience more traffic than usual. Compared to when? The first month of Clash of Clans? Wake up and hire some more help desk people.
His gems won't go through... He has made multiple threads about this, is ill tempered, impatient and chooses to take no ones advice. OP, if you so desperately want me to post his again, then all be it.
While most of the transactions go smoothly, sometimes an answer from Apple or our servers might be slower than usual or might result in errors. Please wait some time and see if they will arrive. If this doesn't help, quit and restart the game. Your gems should be credited to you.
Cydia repos or 'apps', can mess with this creating the problem, if you are jailbroken, un-jailbreak or disable tweaks to make the purchase.
Apple doesn't allow App Developers to see purchase transactions, so Supercell has no way to verify attempted purchases if the transaction does not make it to Supercell's servers.
If after a day of waiting, you do not get your gems, contact apple to request a refund. There are links in your e-mailed invoice, or purchase history within iTunes.

One of the slowest support team i ever seen. I had an issue, opened a ticket, got my first useless reply after 3 weeks. I dont carr how busy they are. They should hire more agenst on their support team... They have enough money ffs..
Ya I've never seen them NOT say that they are experiencing heavy traffic. An easy ticket should be 2/3business days and a hard ticket (lost village) should be 2 weeks or so tops and I think that's being understand ing.
They're not even kind enough to reply to more then .00005% of these forum messages, my old drug dealer had better customer service. They pretty much take my money, give me trouble getting the gems, then tell me the reason theyre taking me out to dinner is because its the kind thing to do before they bend me over.
I used to play WoW when I was younger, yes I said wow. I have always had good customer service with them as well.
I am not being my normal self being rude, I am just really upset about the situation with this lost village ticket and only waited a couple weeks so far and already thinking about whether or not the the person whos account im trying to get back will even play.

Well you obviously haven't been here long. They started getting massive amounts of tickets at the start of CW. And support does not work through the forum. For every forum thread there are thousands of other users patiently waiting without complaining. Just because you use the forum doesn't give you a pass to cut the que. And you really can't compare CoC to WoW, the same as some compare CoC to Apple... And as for the people whom exaggerate and say they will never get their village back, well that's it, pure exaggeration. The only reason it takes so long is because. They ask everyday, even if we've told them they still have weeks.
