New hero, Pegasus or similar

I had an idea (uh oh).
how bout a new hero, one that has the ability to bypass walls? unlike the barb king or archer queen, this one should have reduced health, but be quick like hogs, and able to jump the walls or fly. hence the idea of "Pegasus", being the myth creature ridden by Perseus (Greek mythology). I don't mean to have that put in word for word, but a hero with these sort of abilities would be handy, more of a hero for the hogs.
the same could be said about the minions, you could have a hero replicating the strength of multiple minions to cover that aerial assault.
in either case, the balance would need to be met, with a similar movement speed to either hogs or minions (minion speed might be a bit too quick), but having only half the health that the barb king has, in order to keep him from being too overpowering.
