I have a one of a kind original base design. Im a fully maxed out th8 so be gentle and tell me what you think. I have a dope vid edit to my base and good ol clash dance off. Please guys hit me up with a Subscribe and contact me for base reviews for yourself. If your base is dope enough Ill do a fun little edit to it. I may only be a th8 but I got a great handle on the game, so can give great tips and tricks for all Town Hall base designs.

Im a bit shocked at the responses here. I get defends and plenty of war 1 ad 2 star raids. My comment to the "too spread out" would be maybe you haven't been in high enough leagues, because close together bases are so SO easy for hogs and drags. Well at least thats how I smash compact bases in war every week. Remember guys its a th8 so if you have th9 troops of course you can smash it. My anti hog ally works very well and I have a vid of it on my YT channel.
Problem is the higher you go, the bigger the risk of being attack by a player with townhall 9/10. I suggest you drop, before me or my friends find your place and take all that sweet gold inside your storages :O

As a farming base?
Collectors are very easily attacked...
My bread and butter farming setup (Barchlins) can take your Gold and DE pots as they are relatively exposed.
I don't see how this is anti hog, in fact I don't think a anti hog base is possible at th8
The defences are spread out a bit thinly, so those at the top and the bottom have a much smaller coverage of the base. The gold storages are also too exposed for my liking. With my barbarian/archer army i would have the capability of hitting all 3 (I'm a Th10 now, but i still remember the limits of a TH9 farming army). The two teslas to slow down the CC luring is nice, but from personal experience their hp is not enough to tank a serious attempt. You are better off centralising the CC instead.
Judging from your trophy range, i would assume that you have been hit with trophy pushing armies numerous times (air raids, hogs etc). Unfortunately, there really isn't much you can do about those with TH8. I do see that your TH is exposed though, so i take it that you're more focused towards farming in which case my first paragraph applies.
P.S. I included hogs in there because they can still 3 star a TH8 but i have the feeling that your big bomb cluster renders them quite useless. That being said, i should also tell you that as a hog attacker, big empty spaces screams big bombs to me so watch out.
love the feed back bro. I originally had the base pretty close together but was gearing up for th9 so I've been playing around with the size for the new D. Its tough when higher TH armies come strong. I do well in my wars with this setup but really can't wait to get some xbows. Ive been trying to perfect the NJ layout for sometime now. More pics as I progress into 9 for sure. The new update adds for interesting hero placement. Should be a lot of fun.Quote:

Well of thats a strategy.... Thats quite a newbie thing,because just one barb or one arch is enough to take care of all them bombs,and make 'em useless
So men close that hole and use your bombs Better
2/10 Seems like the defenses will be destroyed easily.

No base is perfect, and honestly this one seems a little too exposed storage wise for my taste. One, all storages but the northern gold is only behind a single layer of wall, and therefore prime targets for BARCH or BAM (very common army comps for most farmers).
Wouldn't say it's the most effective farm base out there, but interesting base concept TC.
Exposed gold. Try covering it with a WT so an archer cant just shoot over the wall and most of your gold will be gone. Looks cool though.
I like putting my loot in front of the defense. I find that its better to shoot the troops stealing the loot rather then fighting the troops then giving the loot for free after the defense is destroyed.Quote:
