Incorrect stats or is it a calculation error?

OK so a max level (5) pekka is attacking a TH8 as seen in this video @2:17

Now via the stats on the clash of clans wiki the max pekka has a damage per attack of 950. A max level (5) rage spell he had has a damage modifier of 170% or 1.7x right? Well then if using these numbers a damage of 1615 per hit is calculated. Also on the pekka's wiki page in the trivia section: 1615 damage is said to be the highest it can deal with a rage spell.

Well a town hall 8 has 3,700HP... How does two hits by a pekka kill the TH when mathematically he should have required 3, with the second hit amounting to a contemporary total of 3230 damage.

What's happening?

Yes yes it is. Only thing I can think of is that maybe a Rage spell's damage modifier for pekkas is higher.

The real damage could be calculated if one was to take a screenshot of the town hall after 1 hit was applied. After this a ratio can be taken between the pixels removed from the HP bar and the total pixels in the HP bar. Multiply by the town halls HP (3700) to get an experimental damage dealt. Then we can divide this number by the damage per hit unraged at 950 to find the modifier.

Yes another detail was about to discuss but this seems faulty.

I think Rage increases damage by 170%, not 70%.
