To be very honest... I think it is terrible
Now for suggestions: Your attempt at a southern teaser does not work because anyone could easily place a couple more wall breakers to break that wasteful outer layer of walls to get to your town hall. If somebody lures out CC and then uses giants and rage your base would be wiped clean because nearly everything dear to you is in one compartment. I think you need a different layout.
Make good use of the walls. Compartmentalize your base to slow down an attack.
