How much loot do u look for as a Th6 and Th7 and what trophy range?

As mentioned in d title what i want to know , I m a th6 and recently i noticed d loot is getting less day by day,i m hovering around 1100-1300 trophy range. I dont get 150k+ raid any more but when i was th5 i used to get 150k+ raid within a few nexting . now d nexting is too much and return is too small . i have already started th7 upgrade so now i'm afraid if d loot will get more less after i finish upgrading.it will be great if someone guide me through this.. thank you

I'm in TH 7, I found really good bases with 400k+ (all resources) around 1000 - 1150
My gf has just updated to TH 6 and she finds good bases around 950 - 1100
