I just upgraded my townhall to level 8 from level 7, previously I can still get enough elixir from the loot to cover my army's cost, now none of the players I can give me enough loot to cover my attack cost. Is there any way to downgrade my townhall? I'm willing to give up any additional structures I've obtained from Level 8 townhall and I'm never going to upgrade again, otherwise there's no way I can continue playing this game anymore.

No. What trophy level you at? And what army you using cause your elixir should be easily going up with a standard giant, wb barch army.
If your lower than gold 2 raise your trophies. And dont forget to skip a lot to find decent bases.
Heh. Downgrade town hall...
What level is all your stuff at? You may have advanced through the Town Halls too quickly and now you will be stuck at Th 8 for a while trying to catch up.
Edit: If you can post a screenshot that would help figure out your problem.
You must not be doing it right.
Most of your points are valid, but a new TH8 doesn't need be up at gold 2. I probably stayed at around 1300 until I got my barbs and arch up to lvl5. Loot was never an issue for me there.Quote:

If your townhall 8 and dont know you can't downgrade by now you are obviously rushed
Can the game admin do some data edit or come up with a new function for me to downgrade? I seriously cannot continue playing with this huge difference. Fighting is supposed to let players upgrade faster, but now the only way I can build my village is wait for the collectors to do their work and cannot attack anyone.
