Wifi Issues?

When connected to Wi-Fi I have noticed a constant cycle of loosing and then regaining connection. I know it is not my device as it happens with no other app or game. Often I am unable to load the clan page, or simply type "hello" in the chat board without it cutting out. It makes communication with clan members difficult, and is especially an issue when attacking.

I am left to assume this is due to the large amount of data that is continuously sent from my device, to the ISP, to the servers, and back the other way to my device again. Does anyone else face these issues so often? If you have any advice on how to solve or at least reduce the problem, it would be appreciated.

Is your device rooted or running any custom software/ROM?

Because I had this problem too on my old Note 2 phone on some custom ROMs I ran on it. I've replaced it with a One M8 for a couple months now and have never had it happen on it so far (on the stock ROM, but rooted still). So it may still be a device/ROM specific issue.

I haven't modified my device like that in any way. I am left to assume that its an issue with the brand, as my friend's apple iPad has not see any of these issues.

What device are you using? Does it work with mobile network?

You can try this:

Download this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...roid.vpn&hl=en and then run it etc. Then open Clash and it should work.

Yes, that would be a preferrible for a public network. But the WiFi that I access is private and secured from 3rd parties.
Also, I have an Android 4.1 "Diablo". Not sure what brand it is.
