Does this only have 1 level? Is the ability unlocked at level 5 like the rest?

What town hall is required? Also, personally I would remove the option to buy with Elixier.

Please specify... The sticky says "No more heroes base on troops" so this one is ruled out but not others.

Thanks. the ability should level and TH 9 atleast. I think the purchase and upgrade costs should be n both. gives somethin to spend your elix on when mature TH10
