Depends on what cup level you are farming at. Also with the update and non-lureable heroes and a properly centered and hard to lure CC, I wouldn't say for sure you have to have 2 GB's right next to one another. I farm 1600-1750 and in the last 6 months, I've been hogged twice.

Looks like some sub-par pingfao base, and pingfao's town hall 9 base was bad in the first place.
