11 drags and 4 spells. Spells are about 22k, 11 drags are about 25k. If you earn 150k profit per raid it means you get about 3 and a half million elixar per raid? Bro get real

You make no sense, higher resource rate production means that : you get more resources which is good, you have to go online more often to transfer those to your storages AND that there's more in offer! All good!

Personally i think resource production needs to be increased from TH7+, IMO from TH7+ resources becomes more difficult to farm compared to when i was lower level (maybe due to the level 11 cap). also players should be active to collect resources with your proposal players don't need to play.
Second, reduce % amount of resource that can be taken from storage by factor of x. (make people less afriad to break shield to do raid, and reduce number of people who stays online continuously to protect resource.)

for me personally barely see any loot and the costs of my troops are fairly high, if this gets decreased then it would cause even more shortage. if anything maybe reduce the shield timer.
Thrid, add loot bonus for attacker that equals (x-1) times amount of loot one takes (compensates for reduction of collector resource production, and reduced amount of resource takable)

Who said I used full dragon regularly? Dragon raid is to waste elixir. My normal army is 16 giant 16 wizard 8 wall breaker 40 archer 20 barbarian 2 heal 2 rage barb king and archer queen if they are available
and I usually don't even end up using all spells. and per raid I get 350,000 gold 350,000 elixir and 2000~2500 dark elixir on average.

To accomplish my goal, shift the collector raid to storage raid, auto collecting is necessary. However, supercell don't want people to be able to log in upgrade log out log in after 10 days and upgrade and repeat. So, In order to have auto collecting, collector has to produce less so people can't progress passively.
what part 3 does is it basically neglects effect of part 2 on storage raid so if you were getting 350,000 from storage before you will still be getting 350,000 gold.
Let's say x = 3
Amount you gain from raid 350,000 / 3 = 116667 + part 3 which is 116667 * (3-1) = 233333
= 350,000
All this will do is instead of log in upgrade log out 10 days repeat, it'll be log in upgrade log out 20 days repeat.
So you're saying you gain from raid 350,000(whatever random equation you do)=350,000 so the random equation does absolutely nothing. Great. Amazingful. Such smart very idea.
No that's not accurate because the resource saving is not linear like that. When you get raided you lose more when you have a lot and slower you get to dump your resource more time you will be losing maximum amount of resource you can lose. So, what is likely to happen is it's gonna take way more days than 10* x. It might even make you never ever able to save resource to upgrade if you rely only on collectors.
The equation is made like that in order to match current loot amount you can get. Anyway the value can be tweaked a little after internal testing to give more or less resource than before.
This is a horrible idea...this not fixing problems, it is making more...

Alright first off your plan is extremely well though lt out. But your drastically reducing the amount of loot available for people to get. I get your trying to eliminate cheap tactics like sniping, collector raids, and shield hiding, but most people are dissatisfied with how little lot we get already, so drastically reducing that number makes them want to let's say say stupid comments in response to it? Overall people love their cheap tactics and wot support them being eliminated.
I'm not sure to what extent I understand your proposal. (I'm not going to comment on the hero part)
I can say it is well thought out idea. You have managed to give a good compensation so that in overall, both attackers and defenders would gain and lost apparently the same as what the current loot system is. I agree that your proposal could help reduce collector raids and shield hiding, which drastically benefit active players.
The only downside I could see from this proposal is auto collect, and I believe it is a major issue.
1st, it goes against what SC wants. SC want people to log into the game as frequent as possible. With auto-collect (well...it depends on when the auto-collect takes action -- 30%, 50% or 100% of the collector capacity), people may not log in even after the shield run out. In that case, it reduces the log in frequency, and consequently, interaction between clan-mates which is the so-called main differentiators between CoC and BoomBeach.
2nd, punishment to the inactive players may be reduced. However, from the other angle, the amount of the loot availability of the inactive base may increase substantially. Since the auto-collect help fill in the storage then both storages and collectors may be full at the same time. Although the probability is low, the expectation of the total loot available from the total inactive bases may not be different from what it is now. Take note that SC would see everything from the macro-scale rather than micro-scale, I believe. If the total loot from inactive bases is not decrease, SC would not earn more, therefore, modification is useless from SC perspective.
3rd, to balance your loot system, the 12-hours shield from TH raid must be removed (regardless of the star/percentage shield modification). It is to make sure that the total loot available at any point of time is similar to what it is now (I think you have thought of this too). It would then angry the medium player. Well..from a hard core players' views, it is a good idea. But the medium player one, it is not. I'm not sure which one SC earn more from, the hardcore or the medium guys, but losing anyone of them is a huge lost.
Although SC keep mentioning that game experience is the first priority compared to SC income, but I dont think SC would sacrifice a lot just to satisfy a portion of the gamers. Unless SC could make sure that it negatively affect a minority of the player, I dont think SC would go for the change. For your case, it negatively affect both inactive and occasional players.

Secondly, my proposal has no intention of increasing total amount of loot available in the economy. It only shift the loot from collectors to storage so raiding reward scales with how skilled the player is instead of how long the player can play and shift the production loot from passive source to active source.
Third, current hardcore players relies on staying online until they can dump resource; They use fast training units to do easy collectors raids. However, my proposal eliminated collector raids meaning they will have to use slow training units to raid which reduce resource gain per time; this effectively makes marathon raiding less effective and make their base expose for raid before they can dump resource. Meanwhile, casual and mild players are not going to be affected because they never relied on online forever tactic. To sum it up, my proposal is good for casual and mild players and bad for hardcore players.

the x value is to be determine by supercell so the difference in loot defender lose and attacker gain is not yet set in stone. In addition, actual incorporation of this change would not be as loot bonus, but as reduction in how much defender actually lose.
Yes, trophy change has nothing to do with loot; I am proposing it only to solve the issue that how off balanced offense and defense are. According to supercell, 95% of attack in champion league result in one staring opponents meaning one staring is too easy to be considered as a victory. So, I think it is time to redefine what is victory. Supercell tried to solve off balance between offense and defense by changing heroes which I think was a scapegoat. So I am proposing for redefining victory to balance offense and defense and to get our OP heroes back.
My proposal makes the game more skill oriented by shifting loot from easy collector raid to harder storage raid; More skilled one is more one is going earn.
I do not know how careful I need to read hehe... but well..I never opposed to passive raid reduction and skilled player promotion. And I dont think any of the points I have mentioned contradicts them therefore, I'm not going to continue on these two points.
However, for the 3rd case of your response, I seem to understand it differently.
Passive players does not depend on long online duration, but they MAY depend on resource generators. I have no clear statistic nor any dependable background on how different passive players play, hence, I have no idea which means is the majority usage. Nonetheless, if resource generators generate less, it then forces casual players to player more. And that's what I mean by 'angry medium player'. Forcing some type of people to play more does not necessary yield a positive result. It may consequently drive them away from the game.

I'm a TH8 with maxed skull walls and 294m GG within 3 months. I also 3 starred 9 of my last 10 attacks in clan wars. First i wanted to make sure that you do not view me as one of those no-farmers nor no skillers.
Only thing is the way the game is designed, you can't really do storage raids with tier 1 troops (i'm talking about barch here).
Even a maxed TH9 with 220 pop, level 6 barbs and archers, 4 spells can't even breach 4 of my storages. I use the TH 8 Circle of Death plan.
So if you do eliminate collector raids all of us farmers here will have to resort to miniball and that means 50 gems every 2 hours.
Mass dragons? Meh. Will not profit from the elixir.
Giwipe/gowipe variants? Meh. Cooking time is too long.
Giant healer? Meh. BK made mincemeat on giant healer.
Without boosting you would have to click on your device every 5 minutes.
Heck, collector raids requires 100x more skill than that.

What maxed th8 within 3 month? Either you are lying or gem(meaning you ch•eated so you are a disgrace to farmer community). How do I know this? Cause I went through all the same thing and my 5 builders were busy 24/7 and took longer than 3 month to finish just defense upgrade.
3 staring random th8 opponent as th8 is piece of cake especially with hogs. Hint* nothing to brag about 3 staring a noob base

Collector raid is not the only way to farm. Moreover, not only barch can do storage raid, but also there are many other composition of army that are profitable.
If you are th8 you would already know at that th level healer + giant is not effective. (Especially after trap update)
a good composition of army for storage farming is giant + heal spell + archer and or wizard + barbarian. (This has become little bit trickier after hero updated; Note that I proposed to get hero back to what they were before)
part 2 of my proposal basically invalids your point about having to click on ones device every 5 minutes by reducing amount of loot you lose per defense.
Collector raid requires barely any skill.

i never rated your farming skill, but I pointed out collector raiding is not the only way to farm.
Compared to barch dragons are way more than piece of cake. You need 360.000 elixir just to fold 10 dragons. And no, because you said that i was a ♥♥♥♥♥er.
My barb is at level 3, i never barch-ed. I used 12 giants 60 goblins 60 archers 10 wbs. It's more versatile. I can go collector or go deep into storage and 100% if i wanted to. Also every time i go to sleep i queue 27 wizards, 14 giants, and 11 wbs for revenge. If it was a TH9/10 then i usually go with 10 dragons for the DEs.
My profile has 1500s multiplayer victories but 800s THs destroyed. On collector only raiders you usually see nearly 1:1 on multiplayer victories and THs destroyed.
From my clashing experience one should never raid a base with maxed walls and unmaxed defense without expecting a revenge. Maxed walls and unmaxed defenses are a clear indicator of active raiders.
That just tells me how noob you are. Elixir is vey abundant resource; I use dragon to waste elixir on purpose. Also, costing more resource has nothing to do with how hard it is to 3 star using them.

yes targeting premature + bad designed th9 and th10 LOL I have been doing that since th7. Now days I target maxed th9 and th10 with 11dragon and on average take 3/4 of their resource.

No, according to my experience those base with maxed walls not maxed defense players are cowards + ch•eater who stays online forever to protect their resource using hac•ks or android simulator. Do you know what I do when I see them? I get excited because they usually hold a lot of resource. Revenge? they never revenge me because my base is too strong and usually don't hold much resource.

I like the amount of thought you put in, but i cant see it working. I am an avid farmer, 780mil gold and 6m dark stolen, and to be perfectly honest, either the old 200k max 20% or the new 10% up to 400k, dont care. Both served me fine. As for the constant nexting, i have days where cant find a good raid, clan mates will have killer loot day in exact same 🏆 range. I do wish less inactives were removed, an easy 300k of each brightens everyones day. League bonuses should be higher, or increase above base rate for multiple stars. Could then have a sustainable 🏆 push without the need to gem resources. In short, farm the right trophy and difficulty level, concentrate on the specific resource you want the most, and all is well.

Unless theres a load in collectors, max available is 400k, and you not going to hit all 4 storages. And its still less than your drags plus spells. Im just gently suggesting, that with nearly 8000 wins under my belt, the majority of them farming but also champ experience, the loot system isnt perfect, but perfectly workable.

That was exactly what I was going to tell him. Attacking well designed th9 and th10 is noobish as th8 especially if he is having problem keeping up with the cost of dragon.
in my case I use dragon to dump elixir and get high amount of dark elixir. On top of this I am done with my defense and upgrading walls meaning I don't have to worry about getting raided anymore so I can play very casually. Raiding per 1.5~2 hour.
