prince of darkness (new hero) and new resource elixer idea
I was thinking how about adding an offensive hero type who looks like the grim reaper equipped with the scythe, and as he swung his weapon flames followed behind it and burns anything in the its way, and his radius is cloaked in shadow. Cost should be dual cost 65k dark elixer and 15k of the new red elixer added at town hall lvl 11. Has 15% more highpoints than the archer queen, and regeneration time for lvl 1 is 90 minutes and increase as you upgrade. Dps starts at 165 and is splash effect. movement speed is 14 and the summoned troops are valkyries at half the hitpoints and only 3 summoned. While the ability is going he disappeares into shadows and regenerates 75 hitpoints. When he dies he should dissapear from the war map altogether and should leave behind a large tombstone with 20 -40 red elixer inside so you gain from killing him. Add a new barracks that you can make troops specifically with the red elixer call it the blood barracks and use troop ideas you're receiving. to build the blood barracks you have to spend dark elixer and every upgrade increases the cost by 10k to upgrade for the next troop. Starting price for it is 19k dark elixer.
the new resource make it red elixer with the storage unit available at town hall level 11. To collect this resource you would be able to get some from destroying archer towers, wizard towers, and anything from the clan castle of the opponents base. The red represents the blood collected from the dead troops standing on the archer towers wizard towers and troops from clan castle. You can make it look like the elixer drop or you can change it to look like a flame.
when does it say that resources are ruled out?

Since your new hero requires the proposed and ruled out new resource I canīt really comment on that.
I just read the sticky, it did not say a new resource was ruled out. If it does please let me know under what section. I think a new resource would add something new like dark elixer did. I dont mean to be rude, but I didnt see any mention of a new resource being ruled out.
