Introducing the brand new th9 Anti-Valyrie war base: Turtle

I call it turtle because it looks like that. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Features:

1. Though Hogs are weakened, they are not dead. So I still put anti-hogs into consideration.
2. As there is no building in the second layer of the base, Valkyrie can only enter the core with Jump Spells.
3. Traps and Giant Bombs inside will do great damage to the attacker. It's hard to be three starred.
4. CC will be hard to lured out.

I created this base hours ago. So there is no defense log. I will add it later if it proves to be effective.

I have used valks intensely since update learning and one thing is cc and heros do nothing as well as traps (i keep a few heals for when splash get them lower). The bottom left and right pods will draw the Valkyrie to the core. An anti valk base needs to have a moat with use of wall buffers to make them go funky.

Looks like a good base. It prevents one star for clearing outside buildings.

The base is a biggest problem for me after the update.
I am waiting for the defense logs.
I'll change my base for it.

Why dont you move your DE storage down into that little area next to the giant bombs?
Seems kinda silly making one of the most sought after resource types at this level so easy to get.

Then why bother putting the elixer storages behind walls on the bottom?
You could take those exposed cannons on the sides and put them there to get more use out of them if this was a trophy base...
Plus it's an empty spot anyway and you need that DE for troops.

if you put the cannon in replace for the elixir then it would draw HOGS into the centre of the base...

I've tried out val to after the updates....with the current anti hog 2~3 wall bases, they just go straight in....the more walls you have, the more they hate it....and yes...1 jump spell aint enough

But thing is, I've tried Val many times yesterday and today...against any high lvl TH9...it only manage max 75%..I've got raided by a few Hogs too...and they manage 85% of my base. So, its hard getting 3 stars now....but still, Hogs still does most damage...before they get taken out by the big bombs

It's a war base. So there's no need to protect resources.

Yes, Hogs are still powerful.

These bases are so weak to jump, just took the de from someone using a similar base.
