Better idea is to promote everyone after a three 3 week trial period.

Folks, we don't need threads for every elder who kicks members of their clan. Supercell has a fairly hands-off approach for in-clan activity unless it violates terms of service. Elders have the ability to kick out members, it's a function of the game. Unfortunate that it happens, but not newsworthy.
