Also, if you get 3 starred, end your raiding for the day. Keep raiding until you get raided. Don't break your sheild unless you know you can get more than what you lost, AND what you can lose.
Most players will say to get at least +70 on each day so if you get raided, even for 57 trophies, you are still progressing by 13 trophies.
