Supercell screwed over TH 8 and below

Supercell has completely screw townhall 8 and below over townhall 8 does not have jump spells to kill the heroes nor do we have a queen as a damage dealer they nerfed the barb king to hell sayings its balanced although its not we will never get as much loot anymore this is the death of farming army comps only crazy armies will help Do you guys think i should just rush? Will supercell ever go back to normal heroes at the request of every clasher in the game?

I'm a TH8 (I'm a max everything then level up type farmer) and the new update makes it easy to Barch for resources now becuase of thier reduced range and easier to keep resources becuase they are not over powered.

I completely disagree. Why do you need jump spells as a TH8? Or the queen for that matter? In fact, since the update I've found amazing loot and I haven't even moved my trophy range. The fact that heroes no longer give chase makes it extremely easy for me to hit storages and collectors with my barch army and get 50%. There's no reason to raise my trophy level as the loot where I'm at is great (and for what other reason would you go all out attack besides to trophy push).

Yeah i gotta agree on this man barching is easy now and im hitting so many collector raids in the high Gold 1 ~ Crystal 3 right now. Farm smart.

It works great for Barch. Bad for giant-healer. If you don't go all out, it's VERY hard to get dard Elixer. I don't know any Barch can make 10-15k DE/days.

I farm i. Crystal for DE and i can't get DE because of the pesky queen killing my giants not everyone like that simple barch method i like excitement and now my king gets wrecked by a queen when they fight it should be the other way around

Just use less barbarians as tanks and bring a few wallbreakers

I am a farming TH8.

Loot is no different since the update. If anything it is easier to get without the BK wondering about. Most casual players won't use BK any differently so use his new restricted radius to your advantage.

I'm a new TH 8, just completed yesterday. Farming isn't any harder now than it was two days ago.

They guys saying collector raids are easier might be right cause I had one where I would have activated the BK before but now I didn't. Of course it was one attack but it's logical to assume this will be the case over all.

For defensive purposes the lower aggro range did deter me from pressing my attack because the bk was patrolling the de storage.

So no complaints here.

? 10k DE/day is not hard to get before or after the latest patch.

What league are you in ? Because im in crystal but today the loot is just bad

Im a th 8 now, almost maxed out my base so I'll be getting th 9 soon. I always just keep barb king in the middle to scare people off, just because they are afraid of it. It's really smart to farm in th 8, just untill you get to th 9

Getting awesome DE with balloonion.

why farm de with giant healer. thats an attempted 3star army, not a farming army.

but here's a tip. bring some barbs with the giant/healer. when the heros attack the giants the barbs will rush the hero's.


think people. all the whining i have seen about this awesome update is people not realizing they simply need to change strategies. the game is harder now. thats a GOOD thing.


and why the heck would you need the jump spell all of a sudden.

I don't get why everyone is complaining. Heroes were useless on defense now they are not. Sounds better to me. Offense has to adapt if you cant handle that quit playing.

Barch isn't about getting protected collectors, it's about getting exposed resources. It takes rather more than Tier 1 to get into protected​ areas.

Im saying the low Damage king cant really do anything now and townhall 8 cant get there loot from upper townhalls anymore as they use to

Sorry not really in my case, its easier to farm using barch. And from time to time its funny watching their heroes just watch as my troops rip through their loots right in front of em and see "?!" pops in their head lol

BTW im using my BK as a meat shield just like any other barbarians... just bigger, doesn't really make that much of a
difference now whether he's sleeping or not while i'm farming

Funny there's been plenty of videos on
Youtube using Hogs, GoWiWi, Giant+Healer, GoWiPe, Balloonion, BARCH, different types of Valkyrie raids.

You must just suck in general.

Level 5 balloons are not good enough for war. Town hall 8 doesn't have witches you idiot. Giant healer doesn't do anything in war either. Don't accuse someone of sucking if you haven't seen the person attack.

Plus your base is no better than mine. We are practically the same level. My gold grab is higher than yours and so is my elixir escapade. Don't talk trash to people.

lvl 5 loons are fine for war if you are not attacking a th9 or higher. loons have alway's been very unforgiving attacking a higher lvl th but for you'r own or below they are fine.

you can still use hogs i 3 starred 2 people in war today with them. both with centered hero's. hogs outrun them they are not insta kills. you have gowipe. you have mass drag you have giant healer.

you have many options other then simply launching 30 hogs and 3 starring everyone who dosnt have infernos with very little risk.


you are just whining you dont have the same path of least resistance you had before. use you'r brain and think because the game is better now you just thought you were good before and now you realize you'r just average.

I am in a clan where I am at the bottom of the war map while I'm still a near maxed th.8. I have to attack th9s in order to get stars.

Town hall 8 cannot compete with town hall 9 and 10. End of story.

Obvious sarcasm is obvious. You got really defensive about your clashing, huh? The point is that the update as a whole did not ruin any offensive strategies at all.

I think the update does not change a lot in my gaming style (both wars and farming). I use the same war tactic and farming tactic and it works fine with or without the hero. Just act smart and you can achieve desired results.

TH 8 is fine, I'm finding great loot, collectors quite often, just managed to get my BK upgrading to 10 ;). If anything the heroes are way easier to deal with now since they don't follow you around.

TH8 isnt supposed to be able to 3 star a th 9 or 10. period.

you can however get 1 or 2 stars.

That lvl 10 king does half as much damage as a lvl one king

Supercell completely screwed up the hog rider strategy because of the heros now. Great mistake supercell. You suck

My barb king damage is so bad it takes like 5 hits to kill one hog and heal spells makes the hogs ignore the queens dmg

Btw, king lvl 1-10 got buffed...

I'm digging it at TH lvl 8 right now. Loved the game before, think it's pretty good now as well.

I also farm at crystal , crystal I. Not bad for me, bam or giants, both work.

you should use one rage spell to speed the attack at hero's defending area, then hogriders safe again.
now more chasing, that is good.
