First person posts that any base design will now be super-effective vs. hogs.
Your proposed second person posts that their hogs are now worthless against all these base designs.
They are in agreement. This is not irony.

Irony would be the people espousing completely contradictory viewpoints about effectiveness after the update.

Example -
Clasher A: "Wow, now any base design will murder hog users!"
Clasher B" "Hey, now I can smash any base using my hogs!"

Nice post, though I think you misunderstood where I was applying the irony, and it was not in the 'proposed second person's post'. That said, I suppose my usage would still not fall under literal definitions of irony. So your misunderstanding does not make you incorrect.
